In a supportive and interactive group setting, you will learn to understand and transform stress, allowing you to work with it rather than against it. This workshop will help you develop tools to calm your mind, relieve tension, and restore a sense of well-being.

Through structured guidance, engaging discussions, and guided mindfulness practices, you will learn how to respond to stress in a way that fosters inner calm and emotional balance.

What to Expect

This Mindfulness for Stress Relief Group Workshop explores how stress affects your mind and body. Together, we will set intentions for the session, creating a safe and supportive space for learning and reflection.  

You will discover how mindfulness can help interrupt the stress cycle, enabling you to respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness and ease. 

You will engage in two guided mindfulness practices aimed at reducing stress and fostering calm.  

The first practice, breath awareness, aids in calming the mind and body through conscious breathing techniques that restore clarity and balance. The second practice, body awareness and release, allows you to recognise areas of tension and gently let go of physical stress, promoting a sense of grounding and relaxation. 

The session concludes with time for group reflection and discussion, allowing you to share insights, ask questions, and explore how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. You will leave with practical mindfulness tools to help you manage stress more effectively, including grounding exercises, quick breath resets, and sensory awareness techniques that support long-term well-being.
