What to Expect

This Mindfulness for Stress Relief Coaching Session begins with a gentle exploration of how stress affects your mind and body. You will discover how mindfulness can help interrupt the stress cycle, enabling you to respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness and ease.  Together, we will uncover practical strategies to reduce tension and cultivate a sense of calm. 

The session includes two guided mindfulness exercises tailored to your needs. First, you will be guided through a meditation that focuses on your breath, helping to ground you in your body, calm your racing mind, and restore clarity to your thoughts once you have returned to a state of calm. Next, you will move to a body awareness exercise that’s all about helping you connect with your physical sensations to gently release any areas of tension. This practice aims to foster a sense of grounding and relaxation, making it a welcome addition to your experience.  

At the end of the workshop, you will have a chance to reflect, share your thoughts, or ask questions in a supportive space. You will leave with practical tools to help you manage stress more effectively, along with guidance on how to integrate these techniques into your daily life.
