This Mindfulness for Focus Coaching Session starts by identifying the challenges you face with focus and concentration. Together, we will set intentions for the session, creating a clear path for understanding and improvement. You will explore how mindfulness can support sustained attention and foster an awareness of the distractions that divert you from your goals.
During the session, you will engage in guided mindfulness practices.
