This Mindfulness for Emotional Balance Group Workshop is a 1.5-hour group session designed to help you build emotional resilience and regulate emotions more effectively. In a supportive and interactive environment, you will explore mindfulness techniques that encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-kindness.

With structured guidance and engaging discussions, you will develop practical tools to acknowledge emotions without judgment and cultivate a more compassionate approach towards yourself and others.

What to Expect

This Mindfulness for Emotional Balance Group Workshop begins with a conversation about the emotional challenges you experience and your intentions for building resilience. Together, we will explore how mindfulness can help you recognise and accept your emotions while distinguishing between reacting and responding.

You will be guided through two mindfulness practices designed to foster emotional balance. The first practice will be a short breath practise to bring calm, then moving into the guided practice of emotion observation – awareness of emotions as they arise, gently cultivating non-judgement.

This practice encourages self-awareness and creates space for emotions to be acknowledged with clarity and calmness. The second practice, compassion practice, focuses on cultivating kindness towards yourself and others, helping you develop strategies for responding to emotions with care and patience.

The session concludes with time for group reflection and discussion, allowing you to share insights, ask questions, and explore how to integrate mindfulness into your emotional well-being. You will leave with practical tools, such as mindful breathing techniques, grounding strategies, and simple self-compassion practices, to support long-term emotional balance.
