This Mindfulness for Emotional Balance Class is a 1-hour private class designed to help you build emotional resilience and respond to challenges with self-compassion. You will explore techniques to recognise and accept your emotions while cultivating balance and kindness towards yourself.
This class provides a supportive space to connect with your emotions, reframing them by developing practical tools for self-regulation with a compassionate understanding that fosters calm within yourself.

This Mindfulness for Emotional Balance Class begins with a conversation about the emotional challenges and difficulties that you are currently facing and your intentions for building resilience. Together, we will explore how mindfulness can help you recognise and accept your emotions and how to distinguish between reacting and responding.
You will be guided through two mindfulness practices aimed at fostering emotional balance. First, you will participate in a brief exercise that encourages you to observe your emotions, allowing them to arise without judgment and helping you to find calmness and a deeper understanding of clarity. The second practice focuses on cultivating self-compassion and kindness towards yourself and others.
The class concludes with an opportunity for reflection, allowing you to ask questions or share insights about your experience. You will leave with simple, actionable tools for emotional regulation, such as mindful breathing and grounding techniques designed for your unique situation, along with supportive encouragement to integrate these techniques and practises in your daily life.
