Ideal for beginners or anyone curious about mindfulness, this session offers a gentle introduction and invites you to explore further workshops.

What to Expect

This 1.5-hour Group Mindfulness Discovery Workshop offers a welcoming introduction to mindfulness, designed to be accessible to everyone.

Together, we will explore the foundations and concepts of mindfulness, including what it means to be present, how it can benefit the mind and body, and simple ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life. This is your opportunity to start cultivating a sense of calm and awareness in a supportive and non-judgmental group environment.  

Through guided exercises, you will have the opportunity to experience mindfulness in action.   

You will be invited to engage in a gentle guided breathing exercise designed to help you focus, ground, and anchor your attention. Followed by a brief body scan aimed at enhancing your awareness of physical sensations, promoting a deeper connection with your body and mind. 

These practices will help you release tension by gently connecting to your inner world, embracing and discovering transformation to achieve balance amidst your life’s demands.  

The session concludes with a brief reflection, inviting you to ask questions or share insights. Additionally, you will take away practical tips for continuing your mindfulness journey and information about further workshops to support your growth.
